MPD Communications Board Area Completed

In order to improve the communication of the performance of the company to all employees, six magnetic whiteboards were installed along the South wall next to the MPD offices.

Each whiteboard corresponds to a MPD subcommittee Istraegic area of imporvement), and each subcommittee is responsible for updating their key metrics, as well as any other communications they wish. The goal is to further utilize this wall to post projects A3’s, single page lessons, notifications, and other items for all employees to see. A magnetic red/green circle is posted next to each key indicator graph to more easily show whether we are at or below each goal.
