Custom Products Program
TC has a custom products program to support the manufacturing of custom or “one off” products to fit our customer’s individual needs. Describe to us what you need and we can aid in design and manufacturing of the custom product. We can then turn this custom product into a production part if your demand requires it.
Vendor Managed Inventory
Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) is an inventory management technique in which TC Industries is responsible for optimizing inventory of certain products so that they will be available in stock, at our locations, to meet your ordering patterns or lead time requirements. We develop these programs to meet your specific needs and requirements.
Kanban
Kanban is a scheduling system for lean manufacturing, just-in-time manufacturing, and an inventory-control system. TC uses Kanban as part of our Lean tool kit to promote improvement, optimize our production system, maintain manufacturing efficiency and control inventory levels to meet our customer needs. We use Kanban in conjunction with VMI programs to tailor solutions to fit our customers ever changing needs.
Kitting Programs
Kitting is a program TC supports to meet customer’s specific needs. Are you ordering multiple parts that go on a specific piece of equipment? Let us package those parts together, in a kit, and ship them to where they are needed. We can even direct ship to your end customer if needed. We will collaborate with you to develop a kitting solution that meets your needs.
Direct Ship
Direct ship is a program that TC supports to ship products directly to you or the end customer. Let us know what you need, when and where you need it, and we will work together to get it there.
Carbide Wear Components
Tungsten Carbide strips are applied through a welding process, below the surface of a component, for extreme wear life and durability. We can apply carbide wear strips to a wide range of products and create customize solutions to meet your needs.
Paint and Packaging
We can paint in a variety of colors and package products in a variety of ways to meet your specific requirements.
